Wonderful place to stay! Clean and neat. Love the decor! Great back yard area with Fountain, jacuzzi, fire pit, and fresh fruit trees. Very easy access to and from anywhere in the valley. Loved this place. The hosts Randy and Pam were fantastic!

Delightful, colorful and comfortable. We loved staying here while we explored the city and enjoyed day trips to other Arizona regions. Great place to come "home" to in the afternoons and evenings. Located in a quiet neighborhood with easy freeway access. Appealing and roomy inside and the patio and landscape features amazing. We met the owners who were not only hospitable, but became instant friends. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for two months in 2022. Randy and Pam (Hosts) were so accommodating to any of our needs or requests. The rental space is very well maintained and clean. My wife and I decided the bed is more comfortable than ours at home! Beautiful wood and tile floors throughout. All of the furniture in the rental was comfortable and in good condition. This rental is a stand alone building that shares a common security gate and the beautiful back yard. We spent a great deal of time sitting on the porch (separate patio space and furniture) enjoying the warm weather, birds and the fountain. The yard is fully fenced with keyed gate access to the property. We felt very secure and comfortable with the shared space. This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood with a canal behind the property. We found this to be a great place for taking a daily walk.
This was our first trip to Phoenix in many years and I brought my motorcycle with. About the second week we were there Randy offered to lead a motorcycle trip down to the Casa Grande ruins (25 miles south). Both my wife and I had a wonderful time on the trip down and back with Randy. I should also mention that Randy and Pam were very accommodating with a place to park my bike and store my folding trailer. In fact, they moved their bikes and gave me an easily accessible parking spot.
Both my wife and would stay here again for the central location, beautiful spacious rental and especially the wonderful back yard space. With Randy and Pam as hosts you can't go wrong, they even went as far as giving us a Valentine gift and a birthday treat for me (ask Pam about the brownies).

Truly enjoyed our four night stay. The fully equipped separate unit was conveniently located to all the activities we did in and around Phoenix. The neighborhood was safe for our evening walks. The courtyard was beautiful with fountains and citrus trees. We were able to enjoy fresh picked ripe grapefruit and oranges during our Christmas stay. Used the hot tub as well to relax. Inside the unit was well appointed with southwest colors and decor. Nice to have a full kitchen and laundry. Tracy, the owner, was close by for anything that we needed. Would for sure stay again when we make it back to the Phoenix area.
