About this apartment rental

Centrally located in the heart of Tempe designed by renowned architect Will Bruder. Modern loft with beautiful architectural interior, 2 story ceilings. Newly furnished, clean, comfortable, ready for your stay.

Reserved parking, only 1 mile to ASU, Mill Avenue's restaurants, shops, and nightlife, Sun Devil stadium, Tempe Town Lake, and Light Rail. Spring Training (Cubs, Giants, & Angels), Sky Harbor Airport, Phoenix Downtown & Scottsdale Old Town are a short drive. Walk to Starbucks, restaurants, convenience store, everything you need closeby. Sleeps 3 comfortably with futon sofa.
