About this apartment rental
Our apartment features a large, modern kitchen-living room on the first floor, a bathroom, and a bedroom on the first floor, as well as a south-facing sun terrace. The apartment measures 40 square meters and offers plenty of space for two people. In addition to a double bed, there is also an extra bed in the bedroom. The bathroom was renovated in 2022 and features a modern rain shower.
The center of Oberammergau is a ten-minute walk away. We are a member of the KönigsCard initiative. As our guest, you’ll receive a KönigsCard, which allows you to enjoy a wide range of recreational activities in the region free of charge (e.g., swimming pools, ski lifts and mountain railways, gyms, as well as museums and guided hikes). With the KönigsCard, you can also take advantage of many offers in other communities in the Allgäu, the Ammergau Alps, the Blaues Land, and Tyrol.
The small town of Oberammergau, where the world-famous Passion Plays take place every ten years, is located on the edge of the Bavarian Alps. Oberammergau’s charm lies in its many colorfully painted historic houses (Lüftlmalerei) and its vibrant local community life. Attractions in the area: the royal castles of Linderhof and Neuschwanstein (15 to 45 minutes by car), Ettal Abbey, and the Wieskirche.
