This property was absolutely perfect---the views of the sunrise were extraordinary -- the short private walkway to the beach was perfect--the heated pool and hot tub kept everyone happy--the decor was beautiful--the Villa was spacious with a lot of refrigerator storage. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes, cookware, glasses etc... The office staff was very courteous and helpful. We are hoping to go back very soon.

The house has direct access to the beautiful Tybee beach, which is fantastic.
However, the house is a little old with no direct access to the pool and garden except through the garage.
Outside furniture and cushions were old and stained and there were no cushions for the pool loungers. Outside area and pool table in garage with old, manky furniture was also not great at all.
There were also lots of roaches and bugs everywhere.
Overall, disappointed in this house, which was relatively expensive for the standard. I would not recommend it and would certainly not stay there again.
