3-5 MINUTE WALK TO NORTH BEACH and lighthouse! 4-story beach house- lighthouse and ocean and lighthouse views & Game room! THIS is the best luxurious beach house on Tybee! Not only is the home ahhhmazing but you are within walking distance from some of the biggest tourist attractions Tybee Island, Georgia has to offer.
Perfect for families with children, paddleboarding, and other water activities. This beach is also the local's favorite! There are also showers, public restrooms, lockers, chair and umbrella rentals, and vending machines. Hungry? Check out North Beach Bar & Grill's great atmosphere with outdoor seating. The Salty Pelican Grill is a walk-up snack bar and ice cream place!
Tybee Island North Beach is also home to the historic Tybee Island Lighthouse & Museum plus the Tybee Marine Science Center. Their new state-of-the-art center opened up in March 2021 overlooking North Beach. May 1st is the start of turtle nesting season! Need a break from the beach? Check out Jaycee Park where there is a disk golf course, baseball field, basketball court, picnic tables, playground, park & MORE! ALL OF THIS & MORE WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE from the home.
This 4-story beach house has 4 master bedrooms featuring king-sized beds and spacious en suite bathrooms. With the whole 4th floor being the mega master suite. 3 decks, A huge gourmet-style kitchen that overlooks the Tybee lighthouse. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make meals at home. Coffee is included and we didn't forget the cream and sugar! The bathrooms come stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
A game room that will keep you busy on rainy days or at night when your just not ready for bed yet. This game room has the latest INFINITY TABLE (40 plus games including all your board games!), Pacman, Hunting, Racing, and NFL Blitz. The two-car garage where you can play some darts.
The 4th floor is the most extravagant master with some great experiences that will keep you talking for a lifetime! The bathroom has a jetted whirlpool tub and that mirror above the tub is a TV! The shower doubles as a sauna that has two shower heads and a bench to sit and relax. Warming towel bar. The toilet has a bidet and seat warmer. Skylights throughout. Private balcony overlooking the ocean and lighthouse with gas firepit.

We throughly enjoyed our stay here on Tybee. Miranda’s home is beautifully decorated (including a decorated Christmas tree ) with beautiful views and plenty of space for the 4 couples in our group!The weather happened to be gorgeous for most of the week so we were able to play disc golf almost every day! Beach, lighthouse and park are all close by which makes house in a great location.Communication was also spot on! Would definitely recommend staying here and would not hesitate to book again

Owners were good, we asked for certain items that we ran out or were not sufficient for the amount of people staying there and the request was not met. The sliding doors off main living area did not lock. The outdoor gas grill was unusable as it seems like it had never been cleaned. As it rained one day during our stay we tried to use the game room and none of advertised games worked properly. There are not enough plates silverware to accommodate the amount of people the house holds. Everything was clean and house was in a great location.

The house was just as described! It was clean and very welcoming. The 4th level had an Incredible view that’s perfect for those early mornings. We traveled to Tybee during the “heat dome” so the 4th level was noticeably warmer than the rest of the house. Once the sun went down, it got more comfortable. The stairs in the house were a lot for our elderly parents, but everybody managed just fine. Just not sure they would return, but I definitely would go back especially to enjoy the fire pit and decks in cooler weather. The game room was a hit with us and the kids! The walk to the beach and park were very short. With that said I would still recommend renting or bringing a golf cart. We walked to the rental place which is also close, and we were set for the rest of our stay. It made travel around the island so easy. All in all, it was a great get away!
