GREAT PROPERTY:
Perfect property for families. The resort's water park features a lazy river, large water slide, large pool, kids splash pad, and a large jacuzzi. There's also a poolside tiki bar and restaurant onsite, a free movie theater, indoor playground, game room, fitness center, sauna, miniature golf, table tennis, billiards, playground, BBQ grills, activities staff with daily scheduled activities such as bingo, arts and crafts, shows, and so much more. Indoor playground closed down until further notice.
GREAT LOCATION:
Pier within walking distance. Port restaurants within a mile. Central Cocoa Beach four miles away. Port Canaveral a mile away. The Orlando International Airport (MCO) is 45 miles away. Kennedy Space Center is 18 miles away (this is the closest family resort to Kennedy Space Center).
Starting in September 2026, the resort will begin room renovations in the Main Building before moving to Building 2 (Ocean View). Guest room updates will take place during daytime hours, and some noise may be experienced. A finalized completion timeline is currently unavailable.

SPACIOUS CONDO:
This spacious two bedroom condo accommodates up to eight people with a king bed in the master bedroom, two double beds in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, free wifi, and private balcony. Self parking is complimentary.
NOTE: The resort will assign a unit number at check-in. One building is near the beach and the other building is near the resort's water park, view is not guaranteed. There's a beach shuttle or you may walk to the beach/pool. It's only a few minutes if you walk. Please inquire prior to booking with any questions about unit assignments or buildings for specific weeks.
- Self-parking is complimentary
- An ID and a credit card is required upon arrival for a refundable security deposit.
- Guests can pre-register for their unit at 11 am on their arrival date to place any requests such as higher floor. These are not guaranteed, and on a first-come-first-serve basis, but your room will be prioritized for cleaning and they will call you when the room is ready.
We do not accept liability for any inconveniences beyond our control including but not limited to temporary defects or outage of utilities, closures of resort amenities, or limitation of any other service. We will not provide refunds, reimbursements, or compensation for inconvenience or interruption of utilities, resort amenities, or any other service.

We had a wonderfully seamless and fun vacation! The rental unit at Cape Canaveral was top notch for my family with 3 young kids: spacious, clean, and with a plethora of included activities to keep everyone entertained even when the rain derailed our swimming plans! And on the nicer days, the pool, lazy river, water slide, hot tub, and beach were all incredible. Plus, we got to see a rocket launch and an air show with the Blue Angels! The hosts were extremely responsive and professional, and we look forward to booking with them again in the future.

The unit was clean and quite spacious, larger than I expected, great for a family of 5. The beach was about 2 minutes from our rental which we really loved and was a quick walk to the main pool/mini golf but we also used the shuttle a couple times which was handy. Pools were nice temperatures and lots of space for kids to play. Easy check in/out, and always got quick response when asked questions. There was info in the lobbies about the rocket launches during our stay which we got to see a few from the beach. We would stay there again in the future.

The room was perfect! At first we didn't love the view, but then ended up loving to watch the cruse ships go in and out! The pool was perfect temperature! The hot tub was nice to relax in. My entire family loved the water slide! The food and drinks from the Cape were AMAZING!!The area was exciting and fun to explore. Entire family is giving the trip a 10 out of 10 and hope we book again next Spring Break!
