THE PROPERTY:
If you like the beach, water parks, and lots of onsite activities, then this is a great resort for you. The resort features a lazy river, large pool, kids splash pad, waterslide and a large jacuzzi. There's also a tiki bar and restaurant onsite, complimentary movie theater, game room, fitness center, sauna, miniature golf, ping pong, billiards, playground, BBQ, and so much more.
THE CONDO:
The spacious two bedroom condo accommodates up to eight people with a king bed in the primary bedroom and two double beds in the guest bedroom. There are two full baths. The living room features a sleeper sofa, and separate dining area. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, private balcony and complimentary wi-fi.
THE LOCATION:
The location brings you within minutes to Port Canaveral and 4 miles from Cocoa Beach. The Orlando International Airport (MCO) is 45 miles away. There are plenty of restaurants within close driving distance, especially within Port Canaveral (open to the public). Kennedy Space Center is 18 miles away.
NOTE: The resort will assign a unit number at check-in. One building is near the beach and the other building is near the resort's water park, views are not guaranteed.
Resort offers complimentary self parking.
*There's a golf cart shuttle, or you may walk to the beach/pool along the boardwalk... It's only a few minutes if you walk.

Resort was clean, beds were comfortable, easy to get more towels or anything you need, amenities were great, kids had a blast at the pool and loved the waterslide. Would definitely recommend and come back! Great communication, easy to get around. Beautiful to walk to the beach.Only tiny complaint is the TVs do not allow any streaming services. We managed just fine without it!

We absolutely loved our stay here and can't wait to return! Our kids enjoyed all the activities at the pool, going down the slides, mini golf, launch talks, arcade, and just simply walking around the resort.
The location is ideal for dinners out, more entertainment, access to Kennedy Space Center, and boating activities like the night time boat tour to see the marine life glow in the dark.
The unit was super clean and I check everything before laying our belongings down.
We had an amazing stay and can't wait to return.
