Enjoy conversations on lush furnishings in the open gathering space or be thrilled watching the latest sports event on the large flat screen television. Prepare culinary delights in the spacious kitchen or hire a private chef to serve local delicacies in the airy dining room. There are MANY stairs to get into the unit which I did not see on the listing. Many broken, not working items in uinit during our stay. The cleanliness was not wonderful with past guest residue and a green pool but that is easily corrected. The management was very assessable and responded quickly to issues.

Our stay at Latitudes was a wonderful week with our kids and grandkids! The communication for check-in, codes for golf cart and bikes, and house rules were well done and easy to access. The kitchen is large and well stocked, and the living area and dining area were perfect size for our 11 family members and are window lined for a great view of the beach at all times. The guest house with game room gave our older grandkids a great space to hang out and have their own time together, just perfect!

We loved the location. The house was beautiful and the view was gorgeous. It was great for our group of 15. The beach was clean. I didn’t give 5 stars for just a couple things. Every time we used the oven, the gas smell was overwhelming. So much so that we had to open doors to vent the smell then the AC couldn’t keep up and it was hot for the rest of the evening. We had a bathroom sink stop up and was fixed, but took all day and a couple insects were spotted in 2 of the bathrooms. Trash from the previous week wasn’t picked up until Tuesday mornnng. Cans were full when we arrived on Saturday.

Latitudes was everything we could have asked for in a beach vacation home! Location was central to all things to do in Destin area. The house was beautiful and LOVED the layout. Plenty of space and love that it was only two stories unlike most beach homes. Will definitely stay again in the future.
