While The Bellagio is a classic older home that shows some age and could benefit from a few updates, its incredible location and breathtaking Gulf views more than make up for it. You and your family are sure to enjoy these views as you sip your coffee in the mornings or share dinner on the back porch.

The house is beautiful! There were just a few things that could use some improvement, we did see quite a few roaches during our stay in the bathrooms and kitchens, which we understand is a constant battle in Florida. Our biggest complaint is the wifi not working at all in the carriage house and the wifi in the house being VERY slow. As a group of women who were on this trip for business and pleasure it was frustrating to not have good reliable internet. The final concern is that there appears to be a leak in the ceiling of the carriage house right at the top of the stairs.

Overall everyone enjoyed the stay! Location was the best part! House design and space was also great! However there were many very large size flying Roaches we encounter daily. They were not just in one part of the home they were all over, the master bedrooms, the kitchen, pool area, and third floor rooms. The garbage when we arrive was over flowing and smelled like a dead body unacceptable on arrival. Garbage wasn’t picked up until 5am Saturday we checked in Tuesday meaning we had to deal with the smell. They also made us responsible for pulling the cans to the end of drive way to make sure which should not have been our job and then told us we would be fine if they were not there to be pulled. How should this be the responsibility of the guests checking in. I would recommend making sure garbages are pulled before new guests arrive and having some one come spray.

Like many other reviews, the property was dirty.
I even emailed the property before our stay and was assured it would be cleaned. The floors were so dirty our feet were black. There were roaches. A lot of things were broken - most importantly the door to the pool does not stay shut so be careful if you are bringing young children who might wander around. I did notify management about this issue.
Besides all the issues, the size and location of property is great for big families.

This should be a great home to have in VRBO availability. Unfortunately it needs to have a couple of weeks of maintenance and repairs. Hours after arrival our Grand kids were laying on the sofa’s and noticed that their feet were really dirty from walking barefoot in the house. Landscaping is a mess. Garage is loaded with previous replacement appliances. The back door needs door handle and latch replaced. When walking in to kitchen the Sheetrock on the corner of the bar area is separated.
Exterior show signs of stucco repairs paint not matching. Widows rotten in kitchen area. Bolster broken on staircase. Downstairs flooring was replaced with a cheaper laminate flooring and needs replaced. Upon arrival the house had a serious musty smell. We went and bought plug-ins to alleviate the smell.
The house is in an awesome location. Layout is good. Should be a wonderful place to enjoy. Unfortunately it leaves a lot to be desired with current conditions. As a fellow VRBO homeowner it was disappointing to spend this much money for the current conditions.
