The property is beautiful. However, we were disappointed in the fine details, upkeep, and communication. The management team did increase communications near the end of the stay.

This home has the potential to be great if the management company elects to address the broken/missing amenities and maintain the property as described. The house is steps from the beach and the outdoor space is great for hanging out. The pool and spa equipment did not work and the pool became cloudy and unusable for most of our third day on the property. The outdoor grill did not work as the igniter is broken (note that this was mentioned previously in another review). The outdoor gas lanterns did not work either. The challenges continued inside the house as well. You will want to keep something on your feet while in the house as the floors were filthy (see previous review as well). We received a mid stay floor cleaning that did little to fix this issue as the floors need a proper steam cleaning. If you have infants you will want to have the stay in the rooms facing the street, not in the back of the house. This home backs up to two other similar properties and each night our “neighbors” seemed to be competing for “the loudest music on the block award” until well after 1am. We were celebrating a milestone birthday ourselves so the adults did not mind. There seems to be no quality inspection done when they turn the house over between stays. We had the property manager come to the property twice during our stay only to tell us the broken items could not be fixed during our stay. Before you rent the property make them certify that all amenities as described are in working order and provided as described.
