This was such a lovely place for our getaway! Everything was exactly as listed and very clean! Loved relaxing on the deck looking out at the beautiful view (with visits from the very friendly neighbor cat!) and playing games at the dining room table. One of the best stocked places we’ve stayed - everything we could have possibly needed was provided!

My family had a quick trip to Mohican before school started back. We loved the house. We had plenty of room and the boardgames and game room was a nice touch. We were close to all of the attractions and fun in town. The house was tucked in a quiet location so it was wonderful. The host was very quick to getting back to any questions that I had. Easy check in and out. We had a wonderful experience!

The round house is a great place to stay. Its super clean and comfortable. We liked the location also.Easy access to to what we wanted to do.Ugly Bunny winery..kayaking..markets..trails..Its on the golf course.View of golfers on 2nd green. Husbands golfed and said was nice and quick 18 holes. We utilized the fire pit and the game room. We would definetly recommend staying here!

Overall nice place for the weekend. We were there for a wedding and didn’t spend much time there. Close to a golf course but quiet. Beds on main level were hard and the biggest bedroom the bed was very high off the ground so not for short people or older adults.Hard to find in the dark because driveway is not marked.

We were looking for a place near Mohican State Park for five adults (mom and dad, 3 young adult children). We wanted to hike but we also wanted a place in which we can play games and make Christmas cookies. This was perfect. Wide open floor plan with lots of widows. A basement game room that we enjoyed. Three bedrooms, and one hide-away bed. All the beds were comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay. The roads leading to the property are dark with many curves. If not careful, you could miss the entry drive but once you arrive, it will be worth the drive. We loved the open floor plan. The third bedroom is in the basement which is ground zero for the AC. This keeps the basement rather cold, which I absolutely loved. Basement also has pool table, air hockey, foosball and other games for entertainment. I would stay here again.

Lori was a phenomenal host, she answered all my questions very quickly and kept me well informed. The Roundhouse is nicely decorated, it was clean and well equipped with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The location is in perfect proximity to Mohican State Park as well as Pleasant Hill Dam. The hiking in the area was wonderful. I was able to enjoy a relaxing evening while sitting next to the fire pit. The firewood was provided as well as the neighbor's cat who decided to snuggle up on my lap while sitting next to the fire. The Roundhouse is definitely a place I plan on revisiting.

Our wives are twin sisters and we reserved the Round House to celebrate their 60th birthday. The house is located in a remote location near Mohican state park. The house sits at the end of a street and the rear of the house faces a golf course. The house is clean and well maintained. This was a great location to relax for a quiet weekend and travel a short distance to Mohican state park to enjoy the hiking trails.

We really enjoyed our time at the Round House. The house is clean and well-equipped, and there’s a large grassy area in front where our kids enjoyed running around. The deck is really large and we were able to eat outside in the evenings. You are right on the golf course, which was fun (especially over the Memorial Day weekend - lots of golfers). Very close to hiking and only a few minutes’ drive to the Malabar Farm restaurant. The game room downstairs was also great! The host was very responsive but we didn’t really need anything during our stay, she had thought of everything! One thing to be aware of, the basement is a bit chilly, so if anyone is sleeping in the downstairs bedroom they may want an extra blanket (this might be obvious to most, but we were coming from the south and California…)

From my experience of managing 32 rental properties, Roundhouse has the top three most important things in my opinion: the property is clean and well organized, has extremely comfortable, beds and linens, and a great location. I am sure there are lots of wonderful VRBO‘s in the Mohican area, but for me and my family this house was perfect. We had three adults visiting my son’s family who lives in the area. The views of the golf course provided entertainment while sitting on the porch; yes, there are neighbors located nearby but it was pretty quiet the whole time we were there. We enjoyed the fire pit two nights, and wood is provided. A welcome manual with easy specific instructions and local information is provided in addition to plethora of current flyers for nearby activities which may be of interest. Much time was spent on the porch in the mornings, and the Wi-Fi worked seamlessly for my husband while working during our stay. The well stocked kitchen made all of our family meals, easy and a pleasure. I especially loved the stove that has a warmer: everything from toaster blender big bowls, platters, cookware, serving dishes, and small to go cooler are provided. We used the grill several times and cooked most all of our meals. I loved being at this property and will definitely return. It already feels like a home away from home. Bonus was baby items there for my grandson and a great grocery store in nearby Loudenville. Thank you Lori! Do not hesitate to consider Roundhouse!
