Your cozy getaway at this tremendous house located just 3.8 miles from Loudonville and the Mohican State Park. We are less than 5 minutes from canoe liveries, the Mohican River, Spellacy Covered Bridge and all the fun this area offers!
The house has a huge front porch overlooking a lush valley and it is incredibly quiet and secluded. There are 2 outdoor firepits, one propane and one firewood pit located in the side yard. There is a full basement with a huge entertainment room with big screen TV, pool table and areas for the kids to play! With four bedrooms, including a king bed, two queen beds, and a bunk bed, there’s plenty of space for guests to relax comfortably. Three FULL bathrooms make getting ready a breeze, and the home stays comfortable year-round with central heating and air conditioning.
