It was clean, check in good, communication good, parking good, recycling good.
There was a tv but nothing to watch unless u like news. That’s the only thing I’d change for the owner. Thank you!

Nice clean place but no DVR as mentioned in featured. Fire extinguisher is not compliant with BCFire code (2008 mfr/should be replaced every 6 years). Compared to other rental units, overpriced !
