This stunning condo has all the beach vibes and features corian countertops and updated flooring. You will have a fully stocked kitchen, free password protected Wi-Fi, and a panoramic view of miles of wide, sandy beaches and the Atlantic Ocean. Fully furnished with dishes, cookware, fresh clean linens, towels, 2 HDTVs, appliances, washer/dryer, utensils, and more! Step out onto the private balcony to listen to the waves and enjoy the view- especially the sun rises! The unit we rented is in serious need of TLC. It was clean but worn. Housekeeping does a good job. Kitchen cookware and utensils need to be resupplied. No skillet and the only spatula was old, worn, and gummy. Refrigerator door handles were loose. Kitchen counter has chairs but there is no dinette table. Some lamp switches were difficult to turn on/off. Bath vent did not vent. Shower valve knob was loose and ready to fall off. Had to use a knife to tighten the phillips screw just to make it operable. No coffee table for the sofa; only one small round table ~18" diam. Closet had very little hanging space and was cluttered with beach chairs, porta-crib, and a dirty upright vacuum cleaner. Had to clear out that stuff just to get some hanging space. Kingsize bed was comfortable. Balcony is small but view is as shown for listing. Music from pool area is non stop and loud enough to detract from the ocean ambience. One day a paper shredding truck parked next to the pool and proceeded to loudly shred paper. The next day they were pressure cleaning the pool area. The noise seemed never ending. At night there is a very bright flood light illuminating the near end of the boardwalk that shines all the way up to this condo level and above. You can't look out at the night ocean without this light glaring in your eyes. Overall impression is that the owners are neglecting to keep their condo “fresh and inviting.”
