We are pleased to report that the resort came through the hurricanes with no major damage, and all amenities, including beach access were not impacted.

This privately owned condo boasts a spacious living room with queen pullout sleeper sofa, full updated kitchen, and washer/dryer. The room and property was very nice and clean. The elevators were a nightmare at times trying to get one when there was a lot of people coming in from the pool or beach. The pool had signage for no reserving pool chairs, however daily people would flood the pool area placing towels and clothing reserving chairs and leaving from the pool. Security would try and follow up and free up the reserved chairs, but it was still nearly impossible to get a good pool chair unless you went down as soon as the pool area opened. In regard to firearms, on check-in, paperwork stated no firearms with the exemption of law enforcement. I am law enforcement and was told I was not allowed to have my firearm in the room or on the property except inside my vehicle which was parked in the parking garage and if I did not follow that I could be kicked off the property. The parking garage has cameras but I never saw security checking the parking garage, so leaving a firearm inside a vehicle for a week is absurd, so that didn't happen.Music began playing at the pool area at around 0800, so if your plan is to listen to the ocean from your balcony, be on the balcony prior to 0800.

I was told this was all Wyndham's fault, but it needs to be corrected. I am a Wyndham owner so they will here from me to. First off we arrived at 3:30 check-in is 4 they would not even check to see if rooms ready which I'm sure it was. We stayed at many places on this trip checked in as many as 3 hours early. Then to use their nice cart i had to give them my ID.would not take cc.My ID while traveling is one of my most valued items. That was total bs.The exercise room did not open till 8 by the time you did an hour work out got cleaned up it's 10. Should be open 24 hours it says you exercise at own risk.
