Unit A is the right side of the house. You will also park on the right and have access to BBQ grill on the right.
Outdoor furniture and covered patio
Pond on property, cows, chickens and miniature donkeys.
Our house is on a dead end road so it is nice and quiet. We are 20 minutes from Waco and 20 minutes from Temple.

We enjoyed the quiet country and it was easy to find. Only thing we would recommend would be to have more blankets for people to sleep on the couch and maybe offer some bottled water inside the refrigerator in case someone forgets their water and bedding. Overall it was a great stay.

The hosts answered any questions we had almost immediately. Once we arrived the host came by to welcome us and asked if we needed anything. This was very thoughtful, and we all felt more comfortable with our stay because of their hospitality. If you like it in the country, then this is a good place to be. There were cows, a miniature donkey, and a couple of horses roaming around, so that was an additional blessing on this stay. Thanks for having us!

We had an amazing time at Paula’s property! The space was very clean and had an awesome AC for the insane heat wave going on. The space also had so many extras we greatly appreciated like shampoo and conditioner, that I forgot! Coffee and creamer were available as well! The mattresses were honestly the best we’ve stayed on at any rental. But the best part was Paula’s hospitality — we were able to chat with her and walk around the property to meet her cows, donkeys and chickens. She provided us bug spray and even some feed to give the animals. The drive to Waco and surrounding areas were an easy breezy 15 to 20 minute drive. The surroundings coming to the rental are beautiful, so it was no issue for us to go to the city and then back for a break before heading back out for more adventures. Thanks so much for such a restful place to stay!

Thank you so much to Paula and her family for sharing their little slice of country heaven with us for the weekend. Space was maximized by the smart layout, and we appreciated the fresh design and comfortable furnishings. Our kids loved seeing the baby cows and feeding the mini donkey with carrots that Paula left in our fridge for just that purpose. It was the perfect weekend getaway for us as a family--close enough to Waco to enjoy some of the touristy spots, but far enough away to really relax.
