About this house rental

Our Hewitt Bear Den is a spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath home in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. We are just one minute from the I-35 entrance, and 8 minutes later you’ll be at Baylor and the Silos. This convenient location also makes this the perfect place for business travelers. The home is nicely updated, has everything you need for a family stay, a friends’ getaway, or a home away from home while you are working. The spacious back yard has room for games, barbecuing, or just sitting out looking at the stars. There are many restaurants to choose from that are within 5 minutes as well. We hope you enjoy our Hewitt Bear Den!

We celebrated my daughter's graduation at the Hewitt Bear Den. The kitchen and living area are the perfect size to host a small gathering. An added bonus was the backyard with a fire pit on the patio! All of which were well-kept and clean upon arrival. The Matt was extremely helpful, communication was easy and the house was decorated for Christmas!! The location is also fantastic: 10 minutes from Baylor University's campus and downtown if you've never been to Waco before. Overall, it was a perfect home base between all the busyness that comes with juggling a graduation. I'd stay here again, and I would recommend anyone else to stay here!!! "Sic 'em"
