We had a fantastic stay @ The Porch! The house was exactly as advertised — clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and perfect for our family. The location was great, close to shopping, dining, and all the fun spots around downtown Waco. Communication was easy, check-in was smooth, and everything made for a relaxing, stress-free trip. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend for anyone looking for a family-friendly place in Waco!

I can’t give this property a high enough rating. Everything was amazing, the house was very clean and looked exactly like the photos online! We were pleasantly surprised with all of the items for the kids, especially the Volleyball net! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip!

Charming House, Minor Drawbacks-Cute property that worked well for our graduation weekend getaway. It fit our needs and had a comfortable, welcoming feel.A few caveats: the location is pretty isolated- nothing really walkable or nearby, so plan to have groceries stocked before you arrive. The graduation surge pricing was noticeable; not unexpected, but on the higher end. And the lack of hot water was a real miss — that’s a basic amenity that needs to be sorted before guests check in.Overall a solid stay for the right occasion, but the host should address the hot water issue before the next booking.
