I offer you a rental of a house of 120 m², fully equipped, for your holidays, located in GARDANNE, between Aix-en-Provence and Marseille (26 min.), With private, fenced pool and private jacuzzi. Fenced, and very private lot. Away from prying eyes, this house will offer you moments of fullness for couples or families. This small town, Gardanne, will offer you its old streets, its mill, its comfort with these local shops, its Provencal market three times a week. Between sea and mountains, you will share with your family a multitude of activities. The Sainte Victoire (1011m), symbol of Provence, privileged motif by Cézanne. Place for walking and climbing. The calanques of CASSIS at 40 Min., The beaches at less than 30 min. Commercial area of Plan de Campagne but also that of the Miles. Airport, train station, highway nearby.

We enjoyed two weeks in this lovely vacation home. The location is slightly rural, and therefore very quiet and relaxing. All major sights and cities in Provence and at the French Riviera can be easily reached by car. There are a number of supermarkets close by.
The House was very tidy and everything was working very well. The owners are very helpful and friendly.

We enjoyed our stay here but would have been better if there was a 2nd toilet since we had 6 people staying in the house and maybe some fans in the bedrooms. Everything else was great.

Bernadette and Maurice were perfect hosts and their property makes a perfect base for exploring Provence. Aix is only 15 mins away and the coast near Cassis less than 45 mins. The property is spacious for a family and has everything needed including a gas BBQ. The pool is very inviting!

We had a lovely holiday in this villa, it's outdoor space is great. The villa comes with good instructions, in both English and French, with helpful videos if you get stuck.
It has a decent sized pool, lots of shaded seating areas including 2 dining areas, lots of comfortable rattan padded seats, sun loungers and a jacuzzi! It also has lots of lovely coloured lights at night, with easy to use remotes for controlling the indoor and outdoor lighting.
The villa comfortably sleeps 6, it has a well equipped kitchen, for those who like cooking whilst on holiday. It has a gas BBQ outside, great smart TV, good wifi signal, which allowed us to download and watch movies via Netflix.
There are air conditioning units in the kitchen/diner/living room and in the hall near the bedrooms.
There is a separate toilet and a great wet room/shower room with 2 basins.
There are local supermarkets and boulangeries close by, with Aix 5-10 minutes away and Marseille less than 30 minutes drive.
The hosts, Bernadette and Maurice, are lovely, they were extremely helpful, kind and caring throughout our stay.
