About this house rental
Gorgeous Mill Valley home with stunning Mt Tamalpais views from nearly every room. The home sleeps 8 with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, a full kitchen, and 2 kitchenettes, and 3 levels of outdoor space in the middle of the Redwoods. The house will charm you with its character and many features such as dining al fresco, 3 living areas, and a private top-floor master suite with cathedral ceilings and an attached solarium and outdoor deck with gas firepit. The lower level has a separate guest suite with its entrance and deck.
Bedrooms Details:
Bedroom 1 - Extra large master suite (762 square feet) with king bed, TV/lounge area with queen sleeper sofa, Sonos sound system, ensuite bathroom, dressing room with lighted vanity mirror with 3 color settings for makeup application, workspace/desk, kitchenette, laundry, and attached outdoor deck with gas firepit. This bedroom has two TVs - one in the bedroom area and one in the lounge area.
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed, desk/workspace, TV
Bedroom 3 - Double bed, TV
Bedroom 4 - Queen bed, and queen sleeper sofa (This bedroom is located in the guest suite which is a separate guest apartment within the home. The guest suite has a full bathroom, living room, desk/office space, laundry, kitchenette, and outdoor deck with lounge furniture.) 2 TVs - one in guest suite bedroom and one in guest suite living room.
Layout of the home:
You'll enter the home on the main level which includes: living room, dining room, kitchen, breakfast nook, full bathroom with walk-in shower with dual showerheads, 2 bedrooms, outdoor deck with gas fire pit, grill, large picnic table, and two lounge areas with furniture. The main level has 3 Sonos speakers, Brilliant Home device, and Echo Show to play music.
Upstairs you'll find the master bedroom suite (762 square feet) which includes a large open room with cathedral ceilings. The room is very large and has a bedroom area with a king bed, built-ins with a TV, master closet with dressing table/lighted vanity mirror, full bathroom with shower and bathtub. Up a few stairs in this room, there's a living room/lounge area with a TV, and sectional queen sleeper sofa. There's an attached solarium with a kitchenette, laundry, and a hanging swing chair overlooking Mount Tamalpais. This area has slider doors that open to an outdoor deck with gas fire pit. The master suite has two Sonos speakers, Sonos Soundbar, and Brilliant Home device to play music.
When you enter the home on the main level, you can descend down a staircase to the guest apartment. The guest suite can be accessed either by the interior staircase, or that door can be locked and the guest suite can be accessed through an outdoor entrance off of the lower level deck. The guest suite is a separate 1 bedroom apartment within the home equipped with everything needed to function as an independent unit within the same home. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Additional spaces in the guest suite include: bedroom with queen bed, full bath, kitchenette, laundry, desk/workspace, outdoor deck. There are 2 TVs - one in the bedroom, and one in the living room. In addition, There's a Sonos Soundbar in the living room and Echo alarm clock for music. The bathroom is set up with a bluetooth speaker to connect your phone to listen to music.
