About this house rental
Sycamore Ave family house, 6 bedrooms, big hot tub deck, ample terrace. On the first floor is the living and dining room, kitchen, family room, backyard, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed and a private bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a a queen size bed and a shared bathroom with bedroom 3. Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed. Bedroom 4 has 2 bunk beds, each one with one twin and one full beds.
On the second floor is an 8 people jacuzzi, an outdoor deck with a view to Mt. Tam, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom 5 has a king size bed and bedroom 6 has bunk beds.

The host was quick to respond to questions by text. He had charged the electric riding vehicles and warmed the hot tub. However the barbecue had not been cleaned for a long time. Tgere was so much food in the kitchen freezer which had been left behind that we didn’t know if it was still good and didn't have room for our frozen food items except in the extra freezer which was handy. There were food items, some of them way past expiration dates, in several kitchen cupboards so we had to put all of our food purchased for our four day stay on the counters. I think someone should give items left behind to a cleaning person's family except for condiments in the refrigerator.

Excellent location for total San Francisco experience, house easily accommodated us, one night 13 of us including 3 children.The house was well maintained and cleaned.

This house was terrific for our family reunion group. Very well equipped and provisioned. Communication with the host before and during our stay was excellent. Amazing number of good bikes plus all kinds of sports gear in the sheds which our baseball family enjoyed. The hot tub with a view to the top of Mt Tam was wonderful. We had a perfect stay and strongly recommend this house to any large family group. Thank you to Jose Fuentes and familigia!!

Plenty of beds and sleeping options, kitchen had numerous Cooking options and appliances, Multiple refrigerators, and a backyard big enough to play some lawn games. Overall very happy with our stay.
