Vacation At Its Finest presents Sealoft 203, a spacious and remodeled 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo sitting on its own private beach featuring stunning panoramic views of the Gulf!
Sealoft 203 includes a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a lofted third bedroom with a king bed, and a queen sleeper sofa.
The property includes several additional amenities, such as a washer and dryer, high-speed internet, and a seasonal beach service that provides two chairs and one umbrella. All bathrooms have been fully remodeled, and the kitchen is equipped with brand-new appliances and kitchenware. The space features three separate balconies: one with a dining table that seats six, another perfect for enjoying morning coffee and afternoon drinks, and the third is located on the second floor, and is ideal for sunbathing and stargazing.
Nestled in the heart of Destin's Crystal Beach, this small complex offers the perfect balance of privacy and convenience, with easy access to all the dining and attractions Destin has to offer.
Parking offers: 2 parking slots with one being in the garage plus one in the parking lot.
Please note: There’s no parking for RVs or Trailers
NOTE: The primary renter must be 25 and stay during the entire rental period.
NOTE: No tents or canopies allowed on private beach out of respect for the other guests.
*** Spring Break (March / April) ***
For reservations in March or April, it is required that one (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 24. Proof of age is required by all guests and all homes are subject to inspection upon guest arrival to ensure compliance. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all booking charges.
** Vacation at Its Finest Starter Pack **
We pamper our guests with a complimentary starter pack of amenities, which includes the following items: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, toothbrush, toothpaste, sleep mask, loofah, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, Keurig coffee pods, laundry pods, and Bounce dryer sheets. Once the initial starter pack is used up, guests will need to provide their own amenities.
**Accidental Damage Protection**: Your reservation includes a non-refundable accidental damage protection plan, which is included in the price. This plan covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property up to $3,000. All incidents must be reported immediately. Please note that this plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or damages caused by pets.
**IMPORTANT BEFORE ARRIVAL**
All guests must sign a Guest Rental Agreement directly with Vacation at its Finest and provide a valid government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license or passport, for age and identity verification.

My wife and kids have never seen the ocean before. The place was perfect not busy on the beach because it's private. Always had the chairs out with the umbrellas. The place was perfect very clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back.

Great vacation rental! Perfect location! Private but also close to dining, shopping and grocery. Has beautiful view of the ocean, private beach, very clean. Rental also included two beach chairs and an umbrella that were set up for us each morning. Sea Loft 203 also provides a garage for one vehicle. Additional parking available for a second vehicle. Second time staying here. Will definitely be back.

We were thrilled with our stay! The home was very clean and everything was beautifully updated exactly as the pictures showed. The beach service was extremely convenient and the beach was gorgeous. The host was also very quick to respond with any questions. The entire experience was wonderful. We can’t wait to come back!

The view was great. The hosts were pleasant but this place has a serious black mold issue. I really wish I had known before spending 7k to rent this place. My family felt immediate relief after leaving. It was so bad we had to leave the ac system completely off to keep the moldy aroma from blowing through the entire apartment. And we had to flip a breaker to get the ac to shut off by the way. If you don’t flip the breaker off, it runs the moldy aroma through the place constantly. They did try to send the ac guy over but I refused as there was no way they could clean the entire system while we were there. I cleaned the mold around 6 of the vents as it had visible mold and I changed the ac filter myself as it hadn’t been changed for quite some time didn’t get one thanks for that by the way, but it’s okay. I did it for the safety of my family and I…we were wondering why we were coughing and sneezing so much when in the master bedroom and come to find out there was a picture right above the headboard full of black mold as if it had some water damage. But hey, If they fix the ceiling fan on the back porch that doesn’t work, make the ac turn off without having to flip a breaker, and have the vents, ducts, and upstairs ceiling cleaned of any black mold this place could be wonderful. I won’t post pictures as I’m hoping they fix all this and don’t want the images we have stuck in our heads stuck in yours.
