Welcome to Margarita, a luxurious vacation home just a few steps away from the beach, in Destin, Florida. This well-appointed coastal home offers beautiful partial Gulf views, a private saltwater pool with a poolside spa tub and a sprawling rooftop deck. Unwind with a glass of wine and enjoy the sunset from either the widow's watch or the sprawling rooftop sun deck. This home is also snowbird friendly for monthly winter stays.
The common living area is located on the second floor of this Destin vacation home. Upon entering you will be greeted by the grand living room offering a picturesque partial Gulf view. Also on the main floor of the home is an open kitchen, equipped with stainless steel Viking appliances, a farmhouse sink, and beautiful granite countertops. Create a savory meal with your loved ones while taking in the unbeatable scenery. Gather around the dining room table or enjoy a quick meal in the breakfast nook. There is also a foosball table for those who enjoy a friendly game. Additionally, there are smart TVs to help satisfy your streaming needs. The second floor also contains an adjoining bathroom with a walk-in shower and access to a private balcony overlooking the lake.
The first-floor bedroom offers an en suite bathroom and direct access to the private saltwater pool. The second full bathroom on the first floor is the perfect bathroom for the kids after a fun-filled afternoon in the private pool with a spa tub, that consistently matches the pool's temperature. The kids can walk into the bathroom from the back patio, hang up their swimsuits and hop into the walk-in shower. This bathroom is connected to the fifth bedroom. These two bedrooms offer stunning views of the lake just beyond the pool in the backyard. The third and final bedroom on the first floor is also furnished with an en suite bathroom.

Perfect location, right across from the beach. Plenty of room, beds were nice. We had some trouble with the heat in the pool, but they responded quickly.

The house was very nice, location was great. We paid over $15,000 for a week's stay. Felt like there should have been some beach chairs, maybe an umbrella, beach towels a float or two for the pool. The pool did not skim well so it was always dirty. The refrigerator in the kitchen did not keep up, told management twice, they never sent anyone. Little things like a working blender, there were 3 bases, only one container and that did not have the cap on the top. We had to put our hand over the top to use it.
Again, great place, just felt like for that price it could have had nicer kitchen supplies and the necessities for the beach, cannot pack beach chairs on the plane.
