Ocean View Home with Pool in Gated Community - 1 Min Walk to Ocean

Located less than 500 feet from the soft Gulf beaches and nestled inside of the gated community Destiny West, Beaches Be Crazy is the ultimate in family fun, perfect for your next beach vacation. The home’s five bedrooms and five bathrooms are spread across three floors, perfect for accommodating larger groups. With a small private pool, backyard, and outdoor entertaining space, everyone in your group is guaranteed to have a memorable experience, including up to 2 small/medium dogs! Dogs are permitted with a $300 non-refundable pet fee.

FIRST FLOOR:
The first floor of Beaches Be Crazy was designed with fun in mind! Not only is the backyard easily accessible, but the Recreation Area features two arcade machines with hundreds of games, a foosball table, and large smart TV. There is even a kitchenette with an ice maker, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, and full sized refrigerator to make refueling by the pool easy breezy!

Boasting a small private pool with lounge chairs, poolside outdoor bar, private grill, covered patio seating, and plenty of space to run around, the stunning backyard is more than ready for memories to be made. There is even balcony seating on both the North and South ends of the 2nd and 3rd floors, overlooking all of the fun!

The Bunk Bedroom sleeps up to 12 within 3 sets of queen-over-queen bunk beds. Both areas share a large nearby bathroom with 2 separate vanities, 2 showers, and a water closet. To keep your beach towels and swimsuits ready for the next sunny adventure - there are 2 full-sized washers and dryers.

SECOND FLOOR:
A stone outdoor staircase leads you from the driveway to the main entrance of the home, located on the second floor. You are sure to have “Good Vibes Only”, when greeted with the beautiful sitting area right at the landing, including the perfect photo wall for even more core memories to be made. A Queen Sleeper Sofa is also in the second floor sitting area, perfect for accommodating larger parties.

The second floor Master Bedroom features a King Bed, access to both the North and South balconies, and a private en-suite bathroom. Next door is a Guest bedroom with a Queen bed, and access to the South balcony. The second Guest bedroom is located just across from the sitting area, and features a Queen bed, with access to the North balcony. A full bathroom featuring a shower is just steps away.

THIRD FLOOR:
The heart of the home - the beautifully upgraded kitchen welcomes you to the top floor, with an open concept living and dining area adjacent. With full-sized stainless steel appliances, and a gas cooktop - you can enjoy your favorite meals all together even while at the beach! The dining area has seating for 15 between the main dining table, additional table, and breakfast bar. There is a half bathroom located on this floor.

The chic Third Floor Master Bedroom features a King bed with French doors leading to the South balcony. A private en-suite with a jetted tub, tiled shower, and a double vanity is perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a long day of fun in the sun. The Master Bathroom also has access to the North balcony.

The exclusive gated community, Destiny West, includes a fitness room, large community pool, whirlpool spa, and sport courts available for Guests. Note: while this home appears to have a garage, the garage has been converted to the first floor bunk bedroom.

For the pool to be heated during your stay (*available for fee of $30 per night*) we require at least 48 hour notice before your arrival to ensure the pool has time to reach the proper temperature of 88 degrees Fahrenheit.

For longer stays, we recommend purchasing additional supplies to meet your specific needs.
