Our stay was absolute perfection! We went with our entire family - 8 adults & 7 children (8 yrs to 6 months). The kitchen was very well furnished with everything we needed for the meals we had planned. The outdoor area - kitchen, tv, pool, hot tub, bathroom - was all used daily and worked well for adults & kids. We would definately come back & will recommend to family and friends!!

This property is the real deal! Our group had a fantastic stay at this house. This house had everything that we needed for our large group. The layout of this place offers so many places to go and things to do. The pool area was perfect for us…between the pool and the hot tub, everyone from little kids to seniors had a fun time. We grilled, we cooked, we utilized the well-equipped kitchen for almost all of our meals. We had enough refrigerator options (yes, that’s plural) for our food and beverages, and enough ice makers to keep up with our needs. The rooftop fire pit was a special treat and a fun place to watch sunsets. The bedroom layout (each room has its own bathroom) allowed everyone privacy and great accommodations. We will definitely try to stay at this house the next time we’re in Destin! A fabulous property! You won’t be disappointed.

This is a great house overall but it had roaches and a fire alarm that went off multiple times a day for no good reason. Property management was would respond verbally to issues but extremely slow to take action. No one came to spray until Wednesday when the issue was reported right away on Saturday. When they did spray they were there for less than 5 min for that size house. For the amount of money this costs to rent it should not have uninvited guests (roaches)!!
