BRAND NEW HOUSE. ALL BOOKINGS AFTER 11/1/24... 6 seater GOLF CART INCLUDED
'Sunset Bliss' is a brand new house completed in mid 2018. The house sits just a tad over a block from the beach. It has a large, private, heated salt-water pool in the backyard. The house has 8 bedrooms, 7 baths, and two living rooms (one upstairs + one downstairs). We hope that you'll find it to be comfy & beautiful.
Maximum adults allowed is 22 while the house 28 in total
The Space
You’ll enjoy its perfect layout featuring the open kitchen with a large island , the dining room, and a large living room area downstairs plus 3 first floor bedrooms each with their own full first floor bathroom. There is a 4th bathroom in the first floor as well. Upstairs you’ll enjoy another 5 bedrooms, three more full bathrooms, and a second living room area containing a pull-out queen sleeper sofa. This second upstairs living room ( also used as 8th bed room) will provide a perfect place to relax or play for the toddlers, teens, or afternoon snoozers of your group at times when the downstairs living room is occupied.
Two upstairs porches will provide the perfect place for your morning cup of coffee if you’re not yet ready to sit by the private pool in the backyard. There is ample parking for 7+ vehicles.

First Bedroom: It has a king-sized bed, wall mounted flat screen TV, and its own private bathroom with stand up shower stall. The bath room has all glass sub way tiles with frameless shower doors and looks spectacular
Second Bedroom: It has two Queen beds , wall mounted flat screen TV, and a private bathroom! This bathroom has a shower/tub combination stall with glass sub way tiles.
Third Bedroom: It has a kind-sized bed, flat screen TV, a private bathroom. This bathroom includes a stand up shower stall with glass sub way tiles with frameless glass shower doors.
Fourth Bedroom: It has a king-sized bed, flat screen TV, and private bathroom. This bathroom includes a stand up shower stall with glass sub way tiles with frameless glass shower doors.
Fifth Bedroom: This bedroom is also slightly larger and includes King-sized bed, flat screen TV its, own private bathroom. This bathroom includes a stand up shower stall.
Sixth Bedroom (Bunk bed room): It has full-over-full bunk beds and a Full trundle bed (sleeping 6) as well as a flat screen TV. It has access to the jack-n-Jill bathroom that is shared with room number 7. This bathroom includes two vanities and a shower/tub combination stall.
Seventh Bedroom: It includes a TWO Full beds, flat screen TV, access to the jack-n-Jill bathroom, as well as access to the balcony that stretches the front of the home! This bedroom is slightly larger than the other king rooms if you are planning on -setting up a pack-n-play, or if you just need a little extra space.
Upstairs Living Room (also used as Eighth Bedroom): This room doubles as a bedroom and a secondary living room! It includes two twin beds, a Queen Sleeper Sofa, a flat screen TV, and two chairs. It also has its own access to the large covered balcony off of the back of the home!
There is also a Twin mattress that can be used in one of the bed rooms and two pack n plays.
Large Pool: There is a large 24 ft by 12 ft salt water pool. Pool Heating is optional and extra. Usually pool heating is $400 -$450 per week depending upon the time of the year. Contact owner for details.

The kitchen was fully equipped with all the utensils we needed. The pool was littered at first with leaves. But management came and cleaned it up. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Minutes from the beach. Excellent location. Than you.

Arrived right at check-in time at 4 pm to enter the rental. The code sent to me was incorrect and/or not working. Followed instructions perfectly and tried multiple times and still did not work. I tried calling the owner 4-5 times with no answer. Left voice messages for owner. Finally returned my call after 15 minutes or so, and instructed I complete the same instructions. Tried it and it still did not work. I even sent him a video of an attempt. By this time, we noticed the front window was unlocked, so one of our people got in and unlocked the front door for us understanding we paid for this time but couldn't get in, having a large group burn in the sun and heat all attempting to get in the house we paid for. No late check-out was offered to us. The owner did sent one of his people to come fix the door but when she arrived, the code started working already. It essentially needed time to sync or whatever the case may be. The house was hot and the max AC the owner allowed was 72 degrees. It was HOT outside, so the inside was quite warm. Beds weren't the most comfortable. Some towels provided were super old and needed to be replaced (soft threads undone, etc). Rental has potential but with the AC issue, uncomfortable beds, horrible check-in experience, we probably won't be staying here ever again. Best part was the golf cart that shuttled everyone to the beach. )
