About this cottage rental
The house is located in the valley of the Libardón River in the village of La Riera, full of examples of traditional Asturian architecture. In it there are magnificent traditional houses with corridors and ancient horreos.
There is tranquility throughout the valley and the children enjoy the surroundings very much.
The house is on the banks of the river and with a meadow around the house.
The distance to the beach is about 3 km and you can go without worrying about the cars taking a walk along the river bank until you reach Colunga and then through San Juan de Luz which is also a typically Asturian village.

La casa es estupenda y el entorno maravilloso. La atención de los encargados de recibirte impecable. Muy amables y atentos.
El único “pero”, es que en la parcela de enfrente del porche de la casa , sin apenas separación, es donde juegan al fútbol los niños del pueblo,
mañana y tarde, y por lo general alborotan bastante. Imagino que no siempre será así. Por tanto, salvo por esos momentos, el paraje es idílico y lo recomiendo mucho.

Geweldige week gehad in Casa Sildavia. Veel ruimte, wat een verblijf voor een grote groep aangenaam maakt. De locale bevolking is zeer behulpzaam, dat maakt het verblijf extra tof. Wat huis betreft: schoon huis en alles aanwezig, alleen een goede tuinset zou geen overbodige luxe zijn.
