About this chalet rental
The house has all kinds of amenities and equipment to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Outside there is a large garden equipped with barbecue. On the ground floor

It has central heating. It has five rooms with their respective bathrooms, televisions and piped music a large kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils, a large living room of 40 square meters with TV46. and a rustic fireplace. Free WIFI
Animals are not permitted.
A place of luxury, in a perfect place, ten minutes from the beach and the mountains, with much to see and feel.
The house has five rooms, all with television and piped music:
A main room of 32 m2 with 1,50 cm bed. and full bathroom two rooms of 14 meter with beds of 1.50 and bathroom with shower in the corridor
Another room of 22 meters with two beds of 1.50 and sevice in the hall
12 meter room with 2 beds of 1.00 meter
We also have three cots on request
Kitchen of 25 square meters with television and piped music, fully equipped with all the necessary utensils; crockery, cutlery and appliances (refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, etc.)

The house was truly magnificent and the view was amazing.It was spotlessly clean, it had everything you could possibly need, even a garage for our motorcycles.The host went to great lengths to show us around and did everything she could to make us feel welcome, including arranging a lift to the supermarket on an especially rainy day.I recommend this place 100% and I would absolutely stay there again.

What can I say. This villa was beyond expectations. The hosts were welcoming and helpful. The location was beautiful with a wonderful view of the sunset over the mountains. There was plenty to do in the villa with the games room, which kept all my children entertained. The property was spotless on arrival and there were fresh towels provided. The rooms and beds were comfortable and had plenty of space and facilities, including a master bedroom with en-suite. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay with plenty of crockery and pans for cooking.I had been anxious about where I would charge my electric vehicle during the stay and where the charging point would be but the hosts also provided me with this facility! This meant I could charge my car overnight, which was most convenient. there was plenty of parking for the vehicles we arrived with and for my brother to visit us from his home nearby. The location was brilliant for going on day trips with short drives to different beaches, the river, a dinosaur museum and the place of a real dinosaur footprint, which my 4 year old was excited about, and an old copper mine.The villa was a short walk to a local convenience store and a bakery and a short drive to the local town of Infiesto for a larger supermarket and other shops. Other activities we didn't take part in could have included kayaking, climbing and visiting Arriondas, alas there was not enough time. I highly recommend El Pongallin. Thank you!

This amazing property in the Picos foothills was ideal for our motorcycling group of friends. There are great views from the patio with an excellent outdoor BBQ facility (with supplied wood) and benches which we made use of 3 times. The property garage has been turned into a games room with (free) Pool, Bar football, Table tennis and darts, there are also other games supplied in the Large comfortable Lounge.
The Spanish only speaking owners that live in the attached property allowed us to put our motorbikes in a separate underground garage and were very helpful. Unfortunately the language barrier did not allow our english only speaking group to get to know them better, but we got by using google translate on our phones using the property Wifi.
The Villa is situated in a small, quiet village about half a mile from the main road through Sevares. Handily for us there was a small cheap local bar 100m from the house in the village which opened till early and was excellent with very friendly bar staff and locals.
There is one bakery, one mini market one good restaurant and a garage on the main road in the town a short distance away.
The local main town is Arriondas for main shopping and an adventure centre with Canoe / Quad bike hire and 'Go Ape' type activities.

We stayed for 2nights in this house. We were 3 families and there was more than enough space for everyone including loads of space for the kids to play and cycle. The house had everything we needed and was spotless. Marie Eugenia gave us a very warm welcome and left us fresh eggs from their chickens and chestnuts on arrival.
I would definitely recommend this house and the area for visitng .
