About this house rental
Beautiful villa for 10 people, only 350 metres (4 minutes walking) from the wonderful beach of Rodiles, with a big jacuzzi, for 3 or 4 people, and a breathtaking view over the Villaviciosa ria (estuary).
Nice Vila in very quiet place with two floors totally equiped.
Upper (main) floor: Kitchen; Dining-living room with fireplace, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, terrace surrounding the house, with barbecue, solarium, and 3 dining tables, chairs and sofas, ping pong and foosball.
Lower floor: Kitchen-dining-living room with interior grill/BBQ and ice machine, 2 double bedrooms, bathroom with individual wooden sauna (infrared), cellar, and storage and laundry, totally furnished porch with big jacuzzi, solarium, heaters, hammocks and swings, ...
Both floors are communicated by external and internal stairs (with separating doors -no lock-).
All 5 double bedrooms have TV sets and 4 of them a view over the ria/estuary. Besides, the vila has a cinema zone and a great quality Wifi in all the house, as well as Netflix accounts in both living rooms and main bedroom (TV set in all bedrooms).
1,200 meters of garden with grass and fruit trees and a solar shower at the entrance from the beach, tree swings and hammock for children.
Parking for 4 cars. Alarm and safe box.
Totally equiped (it is used as a main residence throughout the year): Both kitchens have dishwashers, microwaves, fridges, washing machines, tumble driers, ceramic hobs (one of them induction) and are totally equiped with linen, cuttlery and all the things and household appliances you can need.
The house has also got a Roomba hoover robot, Thermomix, Nespresso, gas and coal barbeques, BluRay 3D and 4K, Xbox, PlayStation 4 with Virtual Reality, Netflix accounts, icemaking machine, and many films, DVDs and 3Ds blurays and videogames as well as board games, 2 bikes, pingpong table and 2 inflatable kayaks, SUP paddle surf boards, body boards, electric skate, waveboards, kites, snorkle and fishing equipments ...
Of course we also provide bed clothes and towels, bathrobes, slippers and linen for the house including beach towels, so you only have to bring your clothes.
There is a telescope and several binoculars to watch birds (Villaviciosa Ria (estuary) is one of the best conservated estuaries of the Cantabric coast and has been declarated as a protected Natural reservation).
Solar panels and pellets fireplace for an environmental responsible stay.
The house is ideally situated to walk to the beach, one of the best sandbanks in the green north of Spain (1km long) with several Surf schools. It is also wonderfull for practicing water sports, to walk or ride bikes. The beach of Misiego, right in front of the house, is suitable for small children (since it is a part of the "ria"/estuary, like a salted water lake) and for kayaking.
2 km away from a supermarket and 10 km from the beautiful and animated town of Villaviciosa.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house but pets are welcome (some petbeds are available).

Maria was a great host, very responsive and exceptionally generous. Lots of lovely goodies on our arrival and a helpful tour of the house. The casa had everything you could possibly wish for…and more! Great views over the estuary and only a short stroll to a beautiful beach. Wonderfully quiet off season, we had the beach to ourselves. A truly special place. Many thanks Maria, we hope to return in the future.

Our group of very experienced (older) travellers all agreed that María's hospitality was the best we had experienced in 50 years of holiday renting. The 'Welcome Pack' of food and drink, and the guidance that we should treat the villa as our home and use anything we found in cupboards was also the most generous we had ever found. The villa was the best equipped with games, entertainment, sporting goods, and all sorts of equipment ... but our age demographic meant we didn't use or play with everything.
It was clearly equipped to entertain everybody - from a retired group like us - to younger families.
Great beach. Plenty of places to eat & drink. And a wonderful outlook over the estuary. Stop searching! This is the one!

What a beautiful place! This house has absolutely everything you could possibly need - all the toys for every age from tiny to adult, games, sports gear, fully equipped kitchen etc. The views from the main sitting room are absolutely stunning, and Maria was delightful, leaving some lovely treats and always ready to respond on whatsapp. Couldn't fault it!
