Welcome to our 3BR/3BA Luxuriously renovated Sanctuary by the Sea! Stare out at God's majesty from our sanctuary in the sky and instantly relax and know you are blessed to be here!
Our building has been meticulously restored and it crisp and white and bright.
Views of sunsets nightly from our floor to ceiling wall of windows all along the western corner will assure that you never miss the show-- high in the sky and positioned with great furniture to maximize sunset viewing. This is truly our second home. We have it fully stocked with spices, all kinds of cookware, games, puzzles, beach towels, coolers, and everything you could possibly need and then some. These little things save you money and enhance your vacation. We also have luxe Beach Service daily in from now till mid/end of October 2026! This is 2 beach chairs + umbrella set up for you daily. This is usually $50 per pair per day.
We have owned this condo since the building was built and could never part with it. Our kids grew up here. We work to keep it fresh and bright and use it as our second home. This condo sleeps 8 with incredible comfort and everyone still has his/her own space -- Even the bunks have lower mattresses that are incredibly comfortable!
Walls of Windows, picture perfect views --high on the 24th floor -- allow you to see all of Gulf Shores Island and several bodies of water. Spectacular sunsets, unobstructed views. Only 4 units on the western side of the building have these amazing unobstructed views! It is why people book year after year in this unit. I like to set up our dining room table to maximize these views for dinner or puzzle assembly! We also have a sleek newer granite counter/island meant to seat a lot of guests. Let me know if you love it as much as I do.
If you want the best, you have found it. Island Tower 2403. The views from our perch on the 24th floor will simply take your breath away and refresh your soul.
Press the elevator button and your toes are in blissful, white, soft, fluffy, fine, quartz sand. Then, when it's time to head up for the night from the surf and sand, you can watch the sun set from one of two balconies with unmatched and unobstructed views of 4 bodies of water. It is just magnificent. Only 4 western corner units boast these unobstructed and sweeping views in our building.
Gulf front pools (both indoor and out), a gulf front fitness center and a private playground for kids in the building, round out the amenities. Our building is low-density as well. Only 3 units per floor.
80% of our renters return -- which says it all. Top-of-the-line furnishings and comfortable hotel quality mattresses also make your stay comfortable. Even in the twin bunkroom. The lower bunks have preimium mattresses.
We also have our unit packed with things that will save you money while you are here -- from beach chairs, to beach towels, to spices and cleaners under the sink. We live close-by and use it, so it truly is our second home. Hooks where you need them. Many board games and kids things, too. We have have a DVD/VCR if you truly want to disconnect.
This unit was professionally photographed for inclusion in a national travel magazine because it boasts views that only the west-end penthouse and 3 other units in this building have. The other western corners all look into the building next door.
3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have king sized beds, one bedroom has two sets of bunks (twins) and sleeps 4. The Master Bedroom is directly on the gulf side with a tiled balcony and sliders to the balcony and Gulf. All bedrooms have flatscreen TV's. Palatial master bath with rameless glass shower (new 2023) and soaking tub along with top of the line fixtures, California Closet, soaking tub and separate shower area. Huge Walk in Closets. Separate laundry room with full sized washer and dryer. Our condo has a kitchen fully equipped. Balcony furniture is great and comfortable and has THE BEST outdoor balcony furniture.

And the couch provides the best napping place on the planet. One view, one stay, and you'll be regular guests at our condo. We are constantly upgrading the luxury, every stay. Board Games, puzzles, beach towels, and all things you could think of -- spices, etc., are provided in our condo.
We have an incredible table which unfolds to seat dining for 8 OR for board game and puzzle magic!

We loved it! The condo was absolutely perfect! The view was stunning and layout was great. We also enjoyed our lounge chairs and umbrella set up everyday on the beach, that was a great perk! Our family of 5 had a wonderful time and we all had enough space in the condo. Our favorite local restaurant was The Catch, and it was walking distance from the condo!

The property really was beautiful and a very family friendly spot. All the amenities were up and running, and we enjoyed them all very much. We will very likely return next year!
