Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.
MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November-February. To get a quote on the monthly rates, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on HOA requirements.

The condo looked exactly like the photos and the view was amazing! The beds were VERY comfortable and everything was clean. Decor is so pretty and kitchen is well stocked. They even provide backup appliances! Very thoughtful. All appliances worked great. We did have an issue with all the TVs being down. The owners were very fast to respond! It was not an easy fix. A total of 5 technicians spent two days working on the broken satellite dish which was inconvenient (we didn't want to leave because they had to leave the condo door open to come and go to the roof) but they got them up and running. Normally we would blow it off and just read books but since we were there for two weeks and it was stormy we wanted to watch movies. Master bath shower leaks badly. We did not tell the owners about that until after our stay - we didn't want any more repairmen out there to cut into our beach time. My mom just used the shower in one of the other bathrooms. It is truly a beautiful and comfortable condo and we will stay again if they get the shower fixed. We sure enjoyed being so close to the beach and the huge patio was perfect to watch storms roll in. We had a nice time!

The condo itself is in good condition, very clean with great beach views. It is literally steps to the beach. Most of the issues we incurred had more to do with the overall property. Note: This rental only comes with one parking pass! We were five adults and one child in two cars. I don’t recall seeing anywhere that stated that only one parking pass was included because I was under the impression two vehicles were allowed. Either way, I called immediately to purchase another parking pass. There is no clear process on how to ensure your vehicle does not get booted overnight because you need to drive to the liquid life pick up location the following day to get the additional parking pass. Daytime Parking attendant was rude and nasty at best. There is a difference between explaining policies and procedures and being aggressive and intimidating with guests. As a female, I really wanted to leave and not return to the property. It would be much better if during the rental process vehicle descriptions and plate numbers were given to ensure smooth parking experience Indoor pool was freezing cold my 7 yr grandson could not stay in for longer than 30 minutes, which was quite unfortunate since it rained most of the week. One of the elevators was down at various time during our stay causing wait times in excess of 10-15 min. While loading our car on checkout day, our lock code expired well before the 10 AM check out. As of 8:20 AM we were locked out while we still had our things inside.
