MONTHLY RENTALS

We stayed here for a few days for my kids spring break! We loved the view and location! Updated and cozy! Wall to floor windows and more! I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place right on the beach that was recently redone. The master bathroom toilet room and master walk in closet did not have door handles on the doors what meant when using the bathroom the entire bathroom had to be closed off so only one person in there at a time. The master bathroom shower curtain is far too short for the shower. If you don’t have a large towel down you will have a wet floor as the water goes right under the curtain. The living room rug was not vacuumed. I vacuumed and filled the bucket 1.5 times so it seems as if it has not been done in a while. The kitchen is beautiful and has a lot of dishes and cookware but does not have a medium size pot to boil noddles. The location is perfect. The balcony looks over the beach. The outdoor pool is very nice with lots of seating. The inside pool has a few chairs but does tend to fill up fast. Fitness center is small with no dumbbells but a few options for different work out machines to hit each section of your body. Place is within walking distance of so many restaurants and shops. Truly a beautiful walk. Be sure to bring extra essentials that you may need, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry soap, dishwasher pod, etc. It is listed what they provide but depending on how long your stay is you will need/want more. This is not a downside of the property just a heads up. All in all this place is beautifully redone and in such a good location.

There were a number of maintenance items that need to be addressed. Some were fixed during our stay but at least 4 items were still open including one of the 2 elevators was broken for the whole week and was not repaired when we left on Friday.
