The room was exactly as described, and I couldn't have been happier with the host who answered all my questions and proactively provided me with a list of breakfast, lunch, dinner and happy hour options. The ones I tried were all solid recommendations. The room was clean and the location was tucked in a residential community that was just a short 2 block walk from Duval (which was exactly what I was looking for). If you are looking for a great location and don't intend to spend your entire stay in your room, this is the place for you especially if you pack light. I stayed in the apartment by myself, so the small square footage (about 120 sq. ft) was doable. It would also be great for couples that are familiar with smaller shared spaces. The host was gracious to provide a shuttle both to and from the airport. Both Zoey and Alex were knowledgeable about Key West and I appreciated their information. There were a couple of minor items such as broken blinds and some peeling of paint, but that is to be expected with a rental. I will seek out this host the next time I need a place to stay in Key West.

Alex was amazing! Very helpful in getting us setup and providing some fun things to do while in the Keys. Will definitely be going back in the near future.

Property was decent. The images online are significantly better than real life. Claimed to be newly remodeled, but that seems a stretch. As a carpenter of 25 years seeing rotten wood in stair stringers is quite problematic. Overall a good experience. A bit underwhelming though.
