Start your vacation on island time in this cozy Conch home in the eclectic community of Bahama Village. Enter the home on your private front porch into the comfortable living space. Steps down the hall you will find your fully equipped kitchen with great natural lighting and tropical vegetation beyond the window's view. Upstairs lies the master suite with an adjoining office space that leads out to the upstairs balcony with seating overlooking the quaint neighborhood. There is a poolside cottage which is great for privacy for those traveling with other couples. Decorated with tasteful, nautical decor and outfitted with comfortable furnishings, this home has you feeling like you are on vacation just stepping through the front door.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS.....
The master suite comes with a king bed, walk in closet and an en suite full bathroom with a shower/tub combination and washer/dryer. The downstairs queen guest room comes with a queen bed, plenty of closet space and an adjoining full bathroom with a shower/tub combination that also opens up to the hallway. The poolside cottage comes with a queen bed, flat screen TV, sitting area with a mini fridge and an en suite full bathroom with a shower.
POOL AND OUTDOOR LIVING...
Enjoy the refreshing pool with a cocktail in hand in your tropical backyard oasis. Dine under the stars or sip your morning coffee at the dining table with seating for four. There is a gas grill on site to enjoy your favorite catch of the day. Not pictured are two lounge chairs to enjoy while basking in the sunshine. Take a short bike ride or walk to all the nearby attractions and the island's best bars and restaurants.
PETS...
Dogs and cats allowed--only one large dog per reservation. Please either inquire prior to booking, or make sure to check the box that you are bringing a pet when booking, AND include size, breed, and age of the pet in Comments/Special Requests. A pet fee is required.
MULTI MONTH RESERVATIONS...
For monthly reservations, the following fees will be added PER MONTH:
Mid-stay clean
Pool/hot tub heating fee (if applicable)
Pet fee (if applicable)
PARKING...
This home does not have designated parking but there is on street parking in the surrounding neighborhood. Please refrain from parking in spots marked “residential”. Guests may also park at the Old Town Parking Garage which allows daily and monthly rates.
BOOKING DATES...
This home is only available as a monthly rental (28 night minimum). We prefer to book by the calendar month (first day of the month to the last). We may consider alternate dates if the calendar allows or if the owner will make an exception.
CONCIERGE SERVICES...
Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival!
CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 90 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations inside of 90 days may receive a refund if we are able to re-rent any or all of the dates of the stay. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation. For multi-month reservations for January through March, a refund will only be offered in the event we are able to re-rent. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation(s).

Beautiful, light-filled home within walking distance of Old Town bars and restaurants. The separate cottage is ideal for guest privacy. Large master suite with a separate work or lounging area with a balcony overlooking the street below. Friendly neighbors. I hope to be back!

I stayed in this home a few years earlier for just one month and fell in love with it. This year, I stayed for 2 months and 1 week. Such a pleasure being there. I spent a lot of time in the sitting area off of the bedroom, aka "my office", and had the most beautiful view of the lighthouse and neighborhood. The location was very convenient to the Duvall shops and restaurants, as well as to some of my favorite places on Petronia (Blue Heaven, Besame Mucho and Hemingway's home and Moondog just around the corner; and, of course, the lighthouse, butterfly museum and Banana Cafe) The saltwater pool was fabulous! Property management responded to my needs immediately.... Dan was very friendly and accommodating. Just a wonderful place to stay and relax in Key West!

We thoroughly enjoyed our month in Key West- house is in Bahama village which although has some other houses around in disrepair- was a safe. Extremely friendly neighborhood, with a mix of locals , homeowners and renters. House is very nice , big master bedroom upstairs with an upstairs porch, washer /dryer, small ish living room augmented by outdoor pool seating. Sleeps 6 easily with 3 separate bathrooms- but communal space is tight for 6 with each eating area only having 4 seats. We still loved it, and the small but adequate pool, easy access to all. Would go back to this dog friendly Comfortable home!

We rented this home for the month of December. While the house needs some sprucing up, it was overall a comfortable stay. For some bizarre reason, there is no ESPN included in satellite package, so don’t come during football season. The pool stays nice and warm, despite only a couple of hours of direct sunlight per day. The pool house offers exceptional privacy. The home is walking distance to everything you might need, including groceries at the nearest Fausto’s. The house could use a Keurig machine, for us coffee drinkers.
