The studio is adequate for one person however for two people it would be rather tight space-wise. The bathroom is tight as well. The space allotted for the shower is as narrow as the space that the toilet occupies. The towels were provided. The kitchenette is well equipped. I didn't go to the back to check out nor use the pool. The location is convenient if you don't mind walking a few blocks to Duval Street and the landmarks and historical sites on Whitehead and side streets. The area was quiet.The swamp cooler was set at 75, a temperature that was fine for me as I don't like a cold room however it is located above the bed and comes on and off throughout the night which may be an issue if you are a light sleeper. The property has a complimentary shuttle which was a plus but you must book well in advance for a ride to the airport.

Room was a 2/4 not enough room to turn around very uncomfortable due to size and barely have room to shower. The bathroom faucet very loose as well as the shower faucet. An update needs to be done with pieces of wood rotting by bathroom door. Neighborhood was dark and scary at night
