Private entrance- open concept living room/dining room/kitchen 1 or 2 bedroom apartment ( second room no closet). Private apartment- not shared. Renovated recently, cherry kitchen cabinets, stainless steel appliances pots, pans, coffee maker. Kitchen table. Washer/dryer combo in unit. Full size tiled shower with new vanity. Flat screen tv and NEW sleeper couch. NEW king size bedroom with dresser and closet to hang up clothes in first bedroom. Second room offers a queen size bed and dresser. We offer paid Off-site reserved GARAGE exclusive use parking spot. But dont worry about parking because you can WALK to literally EVERYTHING!!! Salem common, ALL historic attractions, waterfront steps away...TOURS.. many restaurants and coffee shops spooking OR historic. . THIS is the spot you want to stay at to sight see in Salem

This place is central to everything you're looking to do in Salem. Everything we wanted to do was less than a 1/2 mile away. The king size bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. I own a cleaning business so I'm fussy about cleanliness and this place was very clean! We were able to do all the touristy sights within 2 days. We spent the other 2 days we were here walking around town, taking in the beautiful architecture and beaches. The only con to the area (not the residence) is there are few grocery store options.

Property is in a great location for walking around Salem. The place was very clean and host very responsive to questions I had. I would definitely recommend this property for a stay in Salem.
