About this apartment rental

You are welcome to the cozy first floor apartment of two families house with 1 bedroom and an additional room that can be used as a kids bedroom or office. Large living room outfitted with a large 60” flat screen and relaxing electric fireplace, dining table. Small kitchen and single bathroom.The apartment is the traditional New England style that it doesn’t have light switches. There are the floor lamps in living room, bedrooms and a light switch in kitchen.

You share the hallway and laundry room with a very friendly tenant at second floor and her friendly dog.

This house is about a mile from the popular Essex St., witch trial sites, etc. It is very walkable. The house and bedding were comfortable to come back to after a long day out in Salem. Communication with the owner was great. There were a few nights when we could hear neighbors outside after midnight but it didn’t last for too long. The upstairs neighbor and her pooch were not at all a bother for our entire stay. We would stay here again.

Paper thin walls. I could hear the upstairs neighbors like they were in the next room. Noisy neighborhood. Outdated decor. Uncomfortable living space. Wouldn't stay again nor suggest to a friend. The king bed was comfy!
