The location was perfect for our needs. We had a function in Marblehead and it was within minutes to everything we needed.

Parking was tight during certain times of the day but there was always a space on the road.

The property is very clean & warm.

Communication super facile et efficace avec l'hôte. Demande de renseignements avant notre arrivée par message, mais tout à fait normal, ne vous en faites pas. Les lits étaient un peu durs et le logement un peu froid (et un peu cher), mais en globalité, il a répondu à tous nos besoins et je le recommanderait à 100% sans hésiter!!! Merci beaucoup à notre hôte qui a communiqué avec nous après la première journée pour s'assurer de notre confort et que tout était ok. Il était prêt à régler tout problème, mais nous étions ok de notre côté. Quelle personne avenante. Super service, vraiment! Merci pour cette expérience très agréable qui a permis à notre séjour d'être super agréable! Oh et en plus, stationnement disponible juste en face du logement - du luxe je vous dis!!!

The apartment is clean

Air conditioning fail. Just for context I am from Spain, usually we have 43 degrees celsius in summer. I am used to hot weather. When we arrived at the apartment the temperature inside was 35 degrees (a little bit over 90 farenheit). I know that because there is a thermometer in the apartment. Nobody cared about turning the ac on for us, the apartment was letterally unlivable. On the top of that the air conditioning units are old (like from the 80s). It took 1.5h to cool the place down. The entrance of the apartment building is old, there is carpet in the corridor leading to the apartment door. The carpet/corridor smells really bad. One of the closets in the apartment is broken, the door just fell off and nobody fixed it.
