Inlet Reef is undergoing a complex, wide waterproofing project. By the end of May, a majority of the construction will occur on the adjoining Sunset portion of the complex and not the Gulf side where this condo is. This project consists of balconies being worked on, walls being repairs, and windows being replaced. In additional to exterior work, there will be walkway sealing done. You can expect to see scaffolding onsite as well as construction crews. Noise such as concrete grinding and possible debris/dust could occur as well. Pool hours are currently limited to 5 PM until 10 PM unless the end of May. Discounts will not be given for construction-related inconveniences including but not limited to noise, closed or removed amenities, closed/blocked balconies, or dust/debris.

The Living room has three plush chairs, a couch that doubles as a Queen Sofa Sleeper, a big screen HDTV, a BluRay Player, a small table set for two, balcony access, and stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico.
The Master Bedroom has a King bed, and a twin sleeper a flat screen HDTV, a DVD player, and balcony access. The Master Bathroom has a makeup area with its own sink, an additional separate sink, and a bathtub/shower combination. The Guest Bedroom has a Queen and Twin bed, a flat screen HDTV, and a DVD player. Has a Full Sofa Sleeper by the kitchen.
The Guest Bathroom has a bathtub/shower combination. The condo sleeps 10 guests in comfort and ease. Easily, the best part of the condo is the balcony and its views. You are at the top floor of the Inlet Reef building, so the views from the hexagonal shaped balcony are absolutely breathtaking.
The balcony comes with a wet bar and an outside dining table. Another amenities include a full size washer and dryer and complimentary high speed wireless internet access. Do not delay in booking this condo so that you may experience Destin at its finest!

Inlet Reef Club was a great place to stay and our condo was fantastic! Very spacious, all the things you could think you'd need for the kitchen, and the view was beautiful! All of the staff was very friendly and the beach attendants were super helpful! The only thing I would say was a downside was that the dryer didn't seem to work well; we would have to dry a load of clothes 2 or 3 times, and the dishwasher rack was hard to keep on track once you put dishes in there. Also, the screen on the sliding door was messed up. However, we didn't have a problem with flies or bugs of any sort when we left it open...just takes away from the appeal. Overall though, we would return...we had a great time!
