The 3-story, 5-bedroom, 4-bath beach house is the perfect setting for family get-togethers and weekend getaways with unobstructed surf-front views from the decks. Featuring 5 flat-screen cable TVs, a washer and dryer, a fully stocked kitchen, and a full bathroom for every bedroom, this home was designed with fun and relaxation in mind. This delightful beach vacation home is also has an in house elevator from the ground floor to the second floor and a game room that includes a pool table and classic arcade games.
Additionally, the specular customization gives your stay its own uniqueness. The entire house is customized including the expansive main kitchen featuring custom cabinets, mounted facets, etc. All bathrooms are custom designed along with two full utilities rooms for your needs. There is no limitation for convenience and luxury with drink fridges on the main and upper floors with stunning views of the ocean from the king-sized bedrooms, the main kitchen, and the upstairs pool table room. Further amenities include a fireplace on the main floor, and wet bars on each floor.

Beautiful home with everything you need. We had a such a wonderful time that we did not want to leave. The home is big and spaceous and everyone can have their private time when they want. We enjoyed, going to the beach, the pool, cooking on the grill, fishing, flying kites, walking, taking rides on the golf carts and making lasting memories with our family. Sitting outside on the porch is like therapy. Watching the sunrise was spectacular and the sunsets are magical. Point west is our favorite place for vacation. We will be coming back. Leti our host was great. Thank you for everything.

Overall the house was very nice and clean. Unfortunately the door locks were extremely hard to lock. The bathroom shower door in the queen bedroom was stuck at the bottom making it difficult to open and close. The coffee maker in the kitchen did not work. We had to use K cups and bring down the k cup machine to the kitchen. You had to purchase a 25/person a pool membership if you wanted to use the club. The beach club pool was under renovation so the lockers and bathrooms were not available and you had to go upstairs to use a single bathroom. Even though the house was beachfront you had to walk about 7 houses down to the walkway to get to the beach which was another 1/4 mile away.

This is a beautiful home right on the beach. The homeowners and property managers were very responsive and easy to deal with. We had a great time.

The house was not cleaned , the windows were horrible looked to be cleaned with a dirty rag. Dog hair was everywhere , I had to ask for more towels each person had 1 only , i had to leave to go to the store to get more paper towels and toilet paper and the store was not close by.i felt like i was at home doing laundry and cleaning house and not able to enjoy relaxing. The hammock outside my daughter sat in and it immediately broke. The house did have enough space, beds and bathrooms.
