Epic 6BR Beach View * Steps to Beach * Sleeps 20+

Fantastic property. Best overall furnished rental we have experienced from Alaska to Charleston. Communications with the Host were timely, concise, accurate and helpful. We held a family reunion (19 of us) at the property over 5 days. Great kitchen, plenty of eating spaces, views of the ocean and enough bathrooms to handle everyone. Short walk to the beach front that our 2 and 3 year old granddaughters could handle without any problems. Nice to have space between houses and not feel shoehorned into the neighborhood. Lots of parking. Our family felt at home in the house.

We had to make a quick change to this 4 bedroom property because the AC went out in the 6 bedroom property that we had acquired for our family gathering. Going from a 6 bedroom to a four bedroom was an inconvenience but we were assured that the hide-a-bed couch was very comfortable. In reality, it was terrible and one of the couples just had to sleep on the couch. This property did have a pool which was a great plus since the beach was not in walking distance. This property was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was very usable. Some of the problems we had were because this house was not intended for 11 people but we were very thankful that our host found a property that we could rent on a short notice. The beach view was very limited because it was so far away. Our family had a wonderful time even though the beach house we had originally rented was not available. We thought the price for this house was high and discovered other houses close to the beach that would have easily accommodated our family that were at a much lower price.

Great spot on the beach. The house is well maintained and comfortable for large families.

Home was beautiful! It was perfect for our graduation & Mini family reunion weekend! Living room was comfortable and we had plenty of seating to watch basketball and the UFC fights. The host even checked in to make sure all was going well. If we ever need a larger space again, definitely will rebook!!
