We had a wonderful time with family and friends. The property needs some upkeep. However, the property manager replied immediately every time.

The house and location was beautiful.. the communication with the owner was fast … the house offered a lot of entertainment for the family

So original we booked with a different house and then ended up having to go to another house which was fine but didn’t have the Star Wars theme in it like the first house, but not a big deal. We got there and ended up having issues trying to get in took a half hour just to get in which, alright we got in. Then that’s when things went down hill went through the bedrooms looked at everything and well I’m sorry to say this but whoever cleans this house does Not know how to clean. It was so dusty and the floors needed cleaned. So we unpacked went to the store and bought cleaning stuff and started cleaning. We were there for two weeks with 11 people in the house, only one dishwasher pod was left for us to use no toilet paper except what was on the holders in the bathrooms no laundry detergent nothing. We have stayed at other places in Florida before and it was definitely well worth the money. The master bedroom bed well it’s so sunk in there is a stiff part in the middle my husband and I didn’t sleep well. Another bedroom our parents needed the to move out their beds because when they would toss and turn the beds would hit the wall, they saw how dirty behind the beds were they didn’t even sleep under the sheets. Door frames needed dusted, stairwell needed dusted the oven needs cleaned, the curtains above the sliding doors NEED washed. Cabinets need cleaned up top for sure. It was a pretty house but definitely need better cleaners and definitely need newer cooking appliances.
