CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING
The normal temperature in the house at summer time is 72Ā°. The property has 2 (NEST) smart thermostats which are controlled by our management remotely. 1 is on first floor and the 2nd is upstairs. Guests will not be able to change settings for the thermostats are locked. However guests are able to adjust temperature in the range of 7Ā° up or down. (72Ā°-77Ā°)
By simply turning the thermostat clockwise to bring the temperature up or turning it counterclockwise to desired temperature. Thermostat will not go below 72Ā°.
If guests desire to go below 72Ā° the management will accommodate that for a fee of $15 a day. Then, settings will be changed to 68Ā°-77Ā°.
for which payment may be sent in advance via zelle or other payment methods.
Other things to note
NO SMOKING
No indoors smoking whatsoever, it will require extra $200 charge on top of the original cleaning charges.
POOL/JACUZZI HEATING
Pool/spa heating is optional at $35 a day, minimum 3 days. need to be paid at least 24 hours in advance to avoid extra service fee of $35 to power on the heater.
ā¦ļøPETS FEE
Pets are welcome. The fee for each pet is $200 for the entire stay. It takes longer cleaning and special sanitizing to eliminate the odor.
HOA RULES
HOA has quiet rule and parking rule. guest's vehicle must not block other houseās entrance. No RV, no recreational vehicle, no commercial truck such as U-Haul.
The community allows up to five vehicles per house, and the need to pre-register all drivers in advance for gate access.( temporarily this rule is not in effect)
STARTER KIT
We provide limited house supplies such as trash bag, toiletries, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent etc. We suggest to stock on food, water and other necessities prior to coming to resort.
Vacation homes have a much higher wear and tear then residential. We are frequently repairing or replacing damaged or worn out items, and the replacement may be different from the originals in the listing's pictures. In addition, damages may take some time to repair. These minor variations should not be treated as listing inaccuracy or intentional misleading. For major replacements, we will update the listing pictures again before your arrival. We keep the houses fully functional, and address any issues quickly, but we are not liable for any minor inconvenience or a small differences from the listing pictures you can always check with us before coming.

We had seven adults, 8 children (including 2 infants), and 1 dog. Celebrating my nieceās first bday. 4 Vehicles. Check-in was smooth, with all of us checking in at different times for a gate card. The driveway has room for two SUVās and the other two Vehicles parked on the road, in front of house. No problems with Wi-Fi access or streaming to any of the TVās in the house. There were two available WiFi signals, both were stable. The house was as pictured on the site. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms downstairs, the remaining bedrooms/bathrooms and game room are located upstairs. The movie theater is what was once the garage area. Kitchen has basic cooking gear. It has a K-cup coffee maker. Anything more and youāll need to bring. For example we purchased some 13x9 baking pans, etc. Plenty of room for a few people to be in there preparing food. Dining area was plenty spacious for our group. Laundry room has two washers and two dryers.Publix and a Walmart is a 10 - 15 min drive. 7-eleven around the corner (5 min). Disney MK parking lot was about 20 to 25 min and Sea World was 30 to 40 min. DoorDash had no problems entering gate to deliver food, a few times. Pool was clean. It was used daily.Abe contacted us during our drive down. And he remained attentive during the whole stay. Only had a few questions, but he answered each quickly. Over all a nice place to stay for a large group. No problems with any of the house, its equipment or its appliances.

I had an amazing stay at this home! It was immaculately clean and incredibly spacious, making it the perfect choice for our group. The location was fantastic, conveniently close to various shopping venues and restaurants, which made it easy to explore and enjoy the area.One of the highlights of our stay was the thoughtfully designed amenities. We loved having a movie theater for movie nightsāit was such a fun and unique feature. The pool table and lounge area provided great entertainment for everyone, and the dining room table was large enough to comfortably seat all 12 of us, which was a huge plus for group meals.The outdoor area was just as impressive, with a pool and space to relax and unwind. The attention to detail in creating a welcoming, enjoyable space was evident throughout the property.Overall, this home offered an exceptional experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped, and conveniently located place to stay. Iām already looking forward to returning!ā

Excellent home with everything that is advertised In the listing and more!! The theater was a family favorite during our visit! The pool and jacuzzi were clean and worked perfectly! The host is very welcoming and willing to help with any questions or other matters which may arise! I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area

The place was amazing, the early check in fee due to flight changes was not cool, also the pool and hot tub didn't heat besides those 2 issues it was one of the best houses I've stayed at and I travel 5-7 times a year.
