Very pleasant house with sea view, on 2 levels, with 8x4 heated swimming pool. It is located at the gates of the beautiful village of Monticello and 5km from Ile Rousse with its beaches and shops.
The house benefits from several terrace spaces which will allow you to have lunch in the sun or in the shade depending on the sunshine and the seasons.
The swimming pool is located on a beautiful terrace area, below the house. Calm and relaxation guaranteed.

Nice large house with big pool and several terraces. Quiet location, lovely in morning and evening, still close to small town and shopping. Good parking. All facilities ok except for the strange barbecue facility and lack of AC.
