About this villa rental
Situated in a residential area, this property is on a 1000 m² of enclosed land in Monticello. This is a new and beautiful villa on 2 levels with superb views of the sea and the port. There is a nice private swimming pool with an outdoor shower for a refreshing dip. This place is ideal for a vacation with family.
This villa is just 2 km away from Ile-Rousse and the beach, and 3 km from Monticello and its sports complex that includes a swimming pool, mini-golf, equestrian centre, tennis, etc. You can stock up on your essentials required for the stay from the supermarket 2 km away. The restaurants are 3 km away serving delicious food and drinks. There are many other tourist attractions worth visiting.
On the ground floor, you have a living room with a sofa, TV, and DVD for your entertainment. In the well-equipped kitchen, you can prepare home-cooked meals. There is a washing machine for your convenience. The bedrooms are neat and tidy. On the first floor, you have one bedroom and a bathroom. The villa indeed offers a nice service and has tasteful interiors which will surely make your stay special.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Arrived late at night and the villa was ready for us, with cozy interiors that felt like home. The private pool was a highlight, we enjoyed morning dips while soaking in the sea views. Cooking in the well-equipped kitchen made it easy to whip up meals together, creating special moments during our stay.
