One never tires of watching the sea, and every evening a beautiful sunset on the Ile de la Pietra. Beautiful villa located in a residential area at the foot of Monticello and near Ile Rousse. Very functional, fully equipped with quality components, excellent especially bedding, heated swimming pool and terrace with lovely sea views give it a definite plus.

Das Haus ist wunderschön, die Lage und die Aussicht oberhalb der Bucht fantastisch. Schöne Strände sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen.

Avons passé un séjour très agréable séjour dans une belle villa, spacieuse et bien équipée, située dans un environnement calme.
Correspond en tout point avec l'annonce.
Expérience à renouveler.

Positiv:
-sehr schöne, ruhige Lage in einem Villenviertel
-großzügiges Haus und schöner Garten mit Pool und
Holzterrasse
-gut ausgestattete, großzügige Küche
-freundliche und sehr ausführliche Einweisung durch
den Verwalter, Herrn Massari mit Empfehlungen zu
Lokalen und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung
Negativ:
-Nach der Buchungsbestätigung (ohne Stornomöglichkeit) verlangte der Vermieter die Zahlung einer Kaution in Höhe von 1500 EUR, zahlbar vor Reisebeginn. Das war in der Objektbeschreibung nicht erwähnt.
-Das riesige Haus hat nur eine einzige Klimaanlage
im Wohnzimmer. Die 3 Schlafzimmer im EG und 2
Schlafzimmer im UG (Hanglage) sind nur mit Ventilatoren
ausgestattet. Das Haus als klimatisiert zu beschreiben ist
nicht korrekt.
-Die 2 Schlafzimmer im UG sind separat, nur zu erreichen
wenn man ums ganze Haus durch den Garten läuft.
Wir haben diese nicht genutzt.
-Geschirr, Besteck und Backofen waren nicht sauber.
Wir haben alles vor der ersten Benutzung gewaschen.
-Schimmel in der Dusche im EG
-1 Kommodenschub im Schlafzimmer
zerfiel beim Öffnen in seine Einzelteile
-Aus dem Holzdeck um den Pool stehen einige Schraubenköpfe ca. 2cm heraus, Verletzungsgefahr.
