Everything was just ideal.
The apartment was so cozy that we felt to be home from the first day. The smallest detail was very well planned and implemented. Nothing was missing and nothing was odd. The biggest surprise was when even a US/UK socket adapter was provided in 5 mins. We had forgotten to take some with us and we would be in a big trouble not being able to use/charge our mobiles, pads, laptop, camera, etc.
The yard was so good that it was sometimes very difficult to convince the kids to go somewhere. We had actually found more than we were expecting after seeing the photos and reading descriptions. A football pitch with goals for example.
The location was even better. We had so many possibilities to choose from during the breakfast. Cycle to the beach or forest for a picnic or to center for some shopping. Drive to Bremen, Dusseldorf, Amsterdam, etc. We have even driven to Brussels (~=3hrs) spent a wonderful day in the center and Europa Park.
But the best was of course the family. Extremely friendly, helpful, positive (including children).

We had an absulotely superb stay in one of the appartments. The hosts are very kind and helpful, and have done everything to make sure that truly nothing is lacking in the appartments.
The appartments are brand new and very nicely decorated. Stylish & high quality. Kitchen has about everything. They should deserve 6 stars.
Overlooking the fields, situated at the green outskirts of Gronau, with your own private parking and a secure, private playground for the kids, what more could you want?
