Sehr nette Vermieter. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen und guten Wohngegend direkt an einem Wald. Meine Wohnung ist neu und ist sehr geschmackvoll renoviert. Alles an Ausstattung vorhandenen.
Nur Kleinigkeiten.

Die FeWo ist schön eingerichtet. Der Zugang über die Treppe zum Garten war gut für unseren kleinen Hund. Die Lage ist zentral. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Ausflugsziele Winterswijk, Abtei Gerleve und Dülmener Wildpferden sind relativ schnell erreichbar.
Das Einzige war der total verbrannte Rasen. Schafe, dass dort keine Sprengelanlage installiert ist. Der Zugang zum Parkplatz ist offen. Ein kleiner Zaun mit Gartentür wäre vielleicht eine gute Idee?! Einmal ist unser Hund auf die Straße gelaufen und er und wir hhatten großen Glück, dass das Auto rechtzeitig gebremst hat
