About this villa rental
The villa impresses with its top location, beautiful view and state-of-the-art equipment. It is located on a wide canal with direct access to the gulf. Enjoy your vacation with the comfort and equipment of this marvelous villa. Also worth highlighting is the villa's prime location - within walking distance is Sands Park with free courts for tennis, pickle ball, basketball, Golf Putting green and cornhole. There are also BBQ stations/pavilions and a beautiful playground.
The whole house is equipped with tiles which is ideal for allergy sufferers.
The living area is the perfect place to relax. A 60-inch flat-screen TV is available for your entertainment.
For music fans, we have installed a speaker system from Sonos (Wi-Fi speaker) in the villa. This means you can listen to your favorite local radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area.
The master bedroom features sliding doors with direct access to the pool and a private bathroom with bathtub, huge rain shower and double sink. A walk-in closet provides travelers with sufficient storage space. The second bedroom also has sliding doors with direct access to the pool and a private bathroom, as well as a TV. The third bedroom, also with a TV, is located next to it. The kitchen with adjacent dining area is spacious and comfortable with state-of-the-art equipment, including new stainless steel appliance and a Nespresso coffee machine. Play a round of pool in the game room area.
Energy efficiency is of great importance to us. That's why we equipped the villa with two new air-conditioning systems with one separate unit for the bedrooms. This saves energy. The whole villa is equipped with LED lighting. If you tend to forget your travel plugs, we have USB sockets in the whole villa to charge your devices.
The spacious pool area is fully equipped with sun loungers to relax as well as an outdoor kitchen with sink and a large stainless steel BBQ grill. The pool is operated without chlorine using a modern, skin-friendly salt technique. No more irritated eyes. Enjoy fabulous sunsets from the pool deck, the lounge or the boat dock at the waterfront. The gorgeous west facing view makes Florida's sunsets a special and romantic event. The marvelous marina Cape Harbour with several restaurants and a supermarket, ice cream parlor and shops, and Camelot Park with a children's playground, BBQ stations and tennis courts are only a stone's throw away.
There are also 2 kayaks available to explore the area from the water.

This was our third trip to Villa Blue Pearl. It is perfectly situated, spotless and feels like home. If there is any equipment it needs, I can't think of it. The owner, Herr Strauss is as always the perfect host.The fact that we're planning on booking for the same time next year should be recommendation enough

The positives, kitchen was well equipped, (frying pans were non stick, unusual in rentals). Outdoor furniture and en-suite shower were good. Plenty of decent quality towels. Negatives, the villa feels rather neglected, it desperately needs redecorating, the kitchen cupboards need painting and the bath in the en-suite needs replacing (there is a significant hole in the coating where the water runs in from the tap and further cracking inside the bath). The pillows in the principal suite were as flat as pancakes and need replacing. In the interests of fairness, the weather during our stay was deadful so we did spend more time in the villa than we anticipated. It did mean that we really noticed the quality of the accomodation.

We found the property exactly as listed, it was located with an amazing view along on of the many waterways that make up Cape Coral.
The house was in excellent condition with all facilities provided by the host.
Would recommend this house and look forward to returning
