The house is located in very nice, well take care of neighborhood. The kitchen was stuffed with everything, all necessaries utensils, mugs, plates ect. The house provided clean linens, towers and confutable beds. Overall the house emphasize a feeling of warmness, positive and cute environment.

Enjoyed the stay in the house! Great location, wonderful home, spacious, comfortable & a terrific Florida value. Communication with the host was outstanding. Issue that came up was resolved quickly, professionally and to complete satisfaction.

Had a wonderful time in Cape Coral, beautiful home anything that was taken care of immediately would love to stay there again. It was such an amazing view on the canal at night time

We have always enjoyed the Cape Coral area and the location of this home was ideal. The lanai/pool area is nice but the rest of the home was a dated. Upon arrival we spent a fair amount of time cleaning the home as well. An unfortunate issue while renting this home was days after booking our daughter became engaged and we contacted the property to cancel. We were told that this property was not eligible for cancellation with any refund even though my request came 48 hours after I booked it. I'm not sure if this is still the case but I had never encountered a policy like this with any other rentals.
There were a few minor issues during our rental and the owners were very kind and prompt with resolving them. They also sent us a gift basket for Valentines Day which was very thoughtful. All and all we had a nice stay and again the owners were very pleasant to work with.
